D. Michael Murphy - Chief Murphy is the Police Chief of Lockland, Ohio after retiring as a Special Agent for the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification in London, Ohio as a Field Investigator with responsibility for 16 Ohio counties. He is a bloodspatter instructor and teaches basic and advanced crime scene processing courses.

 

G. Michele Yezzo - Ms. Yezzo is currently employed as a Special Agent for the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification in London, Ohio as a Forensic Scientist. Ms. Yezzo is internationally renowned for her work in bloodstain analysis and teaches advanced crime scene and bloodstain dynamics courses.

 

Albert J. Mestemaker - Judge Mestemaker spent 14 years on the bench of the Municipal Court of Hamilton County, Ohio after being an Assistant Prosecutor and Internal Revenue Service agent. Judge Mestemaker is a co-author of Anderson Publishing Company’s Ohio Criminal Procedure and Writing Effective Search Warrants for Law Enforcement and teaches legal issue and update courses.

Herb Pugh - Special Agent Pugh retired from the Ohio Department of Public Safety Investigative Unit on November 1, 2004 where he worked street and motorcycle gangs for the past twenty years. Herb has instructed throughout the nation on gangs and teaches gang and liquor enforcement issues.

Paul Humphries – Captain Humphries is the Investigative Unit Commander for the Cincinnati, Ohio Police Department.  Paul has been involved in major investigations and involved in major event pre-planning and police use of force cases.

Joe Lupo – Joe is the retired Superintendent of the Butler County, Ohio Joint Vocational School District where he spent five years redesigning and restructuring the District into a profitable and quality institution.  Mr. Lupo instructs leadership skills and management issues.  Joe was also a commissioned deputy sheriff in Ohio.

Sylvia Morales Sgt. Morales is a twenty-five year veteran of the Cincinnati, Ohio Police Department.  As one of the first group of females to join the Cincinnati Police, she brings a personal perspective to sexual harassment and gender issues in law enforcement.

James Nerlinger – Mr. Nerlinger was one of the original members of the Hamilton County, Ohio Sheriff’s Regional Electronic Computer Intelligence Unit (RECI) and is currently serving the law enforcement community as a forensic computer consultant.
